With 38 years of boating experience, Captain Jack holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain's License. He has boated and fished the waters of South Jersey since 1989. Jack is a retired United States Marshal and veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force Reserve.

From 2014 through 2020, Jack commanded U.S. Marshals Service Operations in Delaware and Maryland. While there, Jack developed and led a series of large-scale Fugitive Apprehension Operations. Seven Seekers was the first, followed by Seven Sentinels and Seven Spears.
